- Reviewing existing heart failure treatment — Review previous imaging, results, prescriptions and medication response in advanced or refractory heart failure, including feline HCM.
- Managing cardiac, renal and endocrine conditions together — Review prescriptions from different clinics and changes in organ function to explain medication adjustments and follow-up.
- Follow-up after testing — Explain current status and treatment using images and measurements, with continuity from the same veterinarian. Cardiac assessment reports are available for surgery or dental scaling planned at another clinic.
Before visiting, learn about our approach through the veterinarian's training and clinical experienceand the Daily Gaewon interview. Below, find services relevant to your current concerns and previous tests.
When choosing a clinic,
start with the care you need now
A first cardiac assessment differs from a review for a pet already taking medication. We begin with history, auscultation and previous records, then choose tests to address the current concern.
If a screening examination found a murmur
We ask where it was detected and whether previous tests or prescriptions are available. A murmur alone does not establish the condition or stage. Indicated echocardiography assesses structure and blood flow, interpreted alongside other findings. The echocardiography process and preparationcan help you plan your visit.
If your pet takes heart medication and you are unsure about treatment
We compare medication changes with breathing, activity and appetite rather than considering recent values alone. We review renal or endocrine disease and other clinics' prescriptions to explain current status, response and the next checks. Outpatient and follow-up cardiac careand care for concurrent conditionsexplain what we review.
If you are investigating intermittent rhythm changes
Episodes may not occur during a short examination, so timestamps and videos are useful. ECG and Holter monitoring differ in recording duration and method. When a Holter is needed, we plan fitting, return and results appointments together. ECG and Holter differences and the examination processprovide more detail.
Before surgery or dental scaling at your regular clinic
You can consult us for cardiac assessment while having the procedure at your regular clinic. Our report describes cardiovascular status, risk factors and monitoring considerations at the time of testing. The treating clinic's veterinarian decides the final anesthetic plan and whether to proceed based on overall health and the need for the procedure. Pre-anesthetic assessment and reportsexplain the process.
If you are considering screening before symptoms appear
We discuss the purpose of testing using previous screenings, history and current health rather than selecting the same package based on age alone. Our cardiac health screening guideexplains tests, result materials and pricing conditions. For structural abnormalities in young pets, see congenital heart disease assessment; for blood test values, see understanding canine NT-proBNP results.

After testing, images and measurements
help explain the current condition
We interpret results alongside previous symptoms, prescriptions and findings, then explain current priorities, checks after medication changes, home observations and the next visit. The same veterinarian reviews the records at follow-up.
Bring previous reports, images and medication packets or prescription photos so treatment progress can be compared. Echocardiography results and treatment decisionsand Prepare previous results and medication detailsexplain this approach. Available records and formats depend on the examination.
Check fees and eligibility before traveling
Below are published individual service fees. We select tests based on current health and previous records, explain the estimate and perform agreed items. Additional tests or prescriptions change the total cost.

Traveling from farther away: appointments and records
Continuing assessment after previous tests
Bring reports, image files, medication packets or prescription photos, symptom videos and home observations. Include medication for other conditions. We compare recent findings and subsequent changes, select tests for the current concern, explain costs and proceed only with agreed tests.
Plan Holter fitting, recording and return separately
A Holter records rhythm continuously during daily life for 24 hours to 14 days. Unlike a short in-clinic ECG, it requires planning the recording period, fitting and return visits, and results discussion. Check each step when arranging return travel.
Prepare meals and medication according to the test plan
Fasting, medication adjustment and sedation are advised individually according to current health and planned tests. Do not stop regular medication yourself; confirm the instructions for food and medication.
Book through Naver. For questions about tests or preparation, contact us by phone or KakaoTalk.
Hours: Monday–Thursday 11:00–20:00, Friday 10:00–19:00. Lunch 13:00–14:00. Closed weekends and public holidays.
